Active Ingredient & Formulation: It contains Tricyclazole 75% WP (Wettable Powder), a systemic triazolobenzothiazole fungicide categorized under FRAC Group 16.1.
Target Crop & Primary Disease: Specially formulated for Paddy (Rice) crops to control all major stages of blast disease, including Leaf Blast, Node Blast, and Neck Blast.
Mode of Action & Systemic Movement: Works as a Melanin Biosynthesis Inhibitor (MBI) that prevents the fungus (Magnaporthe oryzae) from penetrating plant cells. It is rapidly absorbed by the foliage and moves systemically to protect new growth.
Rainfastness & Preventive Timing: Demonstrates excellent rainfastness as it gets absorbed into plant tissues within 1–2 hours of application. It is most effective when applied preventatively or at the first sign of leaf blast, as well as at late booting to early heading stages for neck blast control.
